Riley Freeman brings a strong background in customer service, retail, leadership, and operations management to her role in property management. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Riley managed a busy entertainment venue where she oversaw daily operations, staff management, customer relations, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities. Her experience in fast-paced environments has equipped her with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Outside of work, Riley enjoys spending time by the coast, camping trips, discovering Perth’s café and restaurant scene, and keeping up with fashion, interiors, and lifestyle trends. She has a genuine passion for working with people and creating positive experiences, which naturally led her toward a career in real estate. Currently completing her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Riley is excited to continue developing her skills within the industry and building lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants.
