Holiday Reminders 2025

Things can be a bit different over the festive season so here’s some key changes to be aware of.

Holiday Closure:

We’ll be closing the office at 4:00pm on Thursday, 18th December 2025, and reopening at 10:00am on Monday, 5th January 2026.

Direct Debit Rental Payments:

Direct Debit rental payments will still be processed on business days throughout this period.

If your rent is scheduled on a public holiday (e.g., Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Year’s Day), it will be processed on the next business day.

Payments to Creditors and Owners:

Here’s our payment schedule over the holiday period:

• Friday 15th December 2025 Mid-month payment run  
• Tuesday 31st December 2025 End-of-month payment run
• Monday 15th January 2026 Mid-month payment run  
• Friday 30th January 2026 End-of-month payment run

Emergencies and Maintenance:

If you require emergency repairs, please check our troubleshooting guide linked here. Our property managers are on hand for urgent matters and can be contacted by SMS or email. You’ll find their details below.
