Rent Choice Wins Big at REIWA Awards for Excellence

We are beyond excited to share that Rent Choice was named Perth’s best small property management agency after winning REIWA’s 2025 Small Residential Agency of the Year Award.

This recognition builds on our previous success after we won the same award in 2023, in addition to a string of other awards over the years that reflect our ongoing commitment to providing outstanding service.

When announcing Rent Choice as the winner during REIWA’s Awards for Excellence earlier this month, the judges commended our smart systems, strong team culture and outstanding service to clients.

With a record number of nominations this year, this award is a strong endorsement of our dedication to excellence across every facet of property management.

Rent Choice General Manager Clare Christiansen accepted the award alongside the Rent Choice team and said the win was testament to the entire Rent Choice team’s commitment and care when supporting clients:
